The certificate asks users to enter their name and details of their world record that then gets automatically typed into the certificate - Internet Explorer version 7 may need to be setup differently to allow this to happen. If the boxes don't popup automatically try the following:
In IE 7, click on Tools and then Internet Options.
Click on the Security tag, and then click the "Custom level..." box.
Scroll down to "Scripting"; (towards bottom of list)
Look for "Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows"
Make a check mark in the "Enable" button and Click OK, click "Yes" in the next window, and finally click OK in the next window.
