    <title>Free Eco-Friendly Gold Medals</title>
    <description>Is the medal really made of gold ? The short answer to that is NO I&apos;m afraid - unless they&apos;ve started making paper out of gold that is. We did consider awarding real 24 carat gold medals but the estimate we received for their production was a little too prohibitive for our finances. Plus, using paper is the more eco-friendly alternative.
